About this space
Baby Blue is a Norwegian Lifeboat that got converted into a Houseboat. She used to sail the seven seas on a ship from Valleta on an island called Malta from Italy. There is only one of her kind. She sleeps in the Umtamvuna Nature Reserve on the Mtamvuna river bordering the Eastern Cape and Kwazulu Natal. It has a king size bed, two plate gas stove, toilet and outdoor shower. She runs on 12v DC Solar. We provide 60L of fresh water on board and a Safari Chiller with ice and ice packs to keep your food cold. For every night you stay we offer one complimentary boat pick up and drop off from The Riverside Aqua Sports & Cocktail Bar. You will also have a tandem kayak during your stay to explore the river.

- Fishing is not allowed from Blue
- Please note that we do not postpone trips due to rainy or bad weather. The only time we will postpone a trip is when there is severe storms both inland and coastal.
- Fully equipped with a two plate gas stove and basin with fresh drinking water. All the cooking utensils that you need are onboard so no need to stress when you need to whip up a quick meal.
